As per reports, the new features soon rolling out for beta users will include group chat tools and function-related options.

These features will be rolled out for Windows, Android and iOS beta users which will allow them to select multiple messages within a conversation and let them either forward them all at once to their contacts or delete them from the log completely. As of now, the feature is being called ‘Multi-Selection’.

According to WABetaInfo, the beta WhatsApp users can now select multiple messages on the instant-messaging platform by clicking on the ‘Select’ tab within the social networking platform’s context menu present inside a chat.

Apart from this, the tab will also appear if the user clicks anywhere within the conversation on WhatsApp. The 'Select Messages’ tab will pop up, which could prove to be really helpful tool as it will make the process of selecting and handling messages on the platform a lot easier.

The new feature has been rolled out for a select few beta testers. In order to try out the upcoming features, beta users need to install WhatsApp beta for Windows 2.2309.2.0 update which is available on the Microsoft Store.

Meanwhile, another feature that WhatsApp plans to roll out for its Beta users is a group chat tool that will let the users approve new participants.

According to reports, this feature will allow group administrators to have more control over the approval of new members in the groups. With the help of this feature, anyone who tries or wants to join a particular group, will need to request to join, which will then demand on the approval by an administrator of the group. The report further informed that the feature will roll out to more beta users over the coming weeks.
